Organization History
Advocating for fairness, opportunity, and growth in construction for over 30 years

Founded in 1995 as the Hispanic Contractors Association of DFW, the Regional Hispanic Construction Association (RHCA) was established to address the needs of one of the fastest-growing segments of the construction industry.

From the beginning, the Association was created to ensure its members had a strong voice in both business and public policy discussions.

Over the years, RHCA has played a key role in improving and streamlining the bid process for its members, working alongside local and state elected officials to promote transparency, fairness, and equal access to contracting opportunities.

As the Association evolved, RHCA expanded its initiatives to provide enhanced support services, advocacy, and outreach programs, strengthening not only its members’ businesses but also the communities they serve across Texas.
