Safety Council

The RHCA Safety Council serves as a subject matter expert panel to advise the RHCA on construction safety issues and health matters by providing health and safety field input and perspective. It develops the RHCA Construction Safety Program, provides guidance, and reviews the resolution of construction safety issues.

Meetings are open to members in good standing; registration is required.

Safety programs, instructors and annual events.

The Council acts as a resource for RHCA’s Construction Safety instructors and recommends training topics and speakers, supporting the OSHA classes, the Mobile Training Unit and the Texas-wide safety events.
